Metropolitan St. Louis Police Dept. VS. Metropolitan St. Louis Fire Dept.
Who: 363 days a year the St. Louis City Fire and Police departments work together to help the people of the metropolitan St. Louis area. One night a year they slap on the gloves and beat each other up at the Savvis Center. Now one morning a year they will slip on their running shoes to see which department can truly go the distance!
What: 4-person Marathon Relay: a combined total of 26.2 miles. Each side has several teams, but only one will come out on top and win their department the traveling trophy and braggin’ rights for a year.
Where: Soldiers’ Memorial in downtown St. Louis (13th & Chestnut)
When: Sunday, April 15, 2007 at 7:00 AM
Beneficiary: The BackStoppers, a nonprofit greater metro St. Louis organization which provides financial assistance and support to families of those who have perished in the line of duty.
What can YOU do?

voluntary donation to The BackStoppers .Anyone and everyone may vote by submitting a donation to the organization
